I am a Licensed Social Worker and received my Master’s in Social Work from the Ohio State University. I approach my work with clients from a collaborative, strengths-based, and person-in-environment perspective. I believe that the many challenges we face are part of a larger journey that shape us and make meaning in our lives. My goal as your therapist is to hold a safe and confidential space for you to explore the intricacies of your unique journey and promote healing. I feel passionately about supporting clients through personal growth, empowerment, and the process in which they make meaning of their own lives and experiences. I am always considering the complex layers of culture that impact our experiences inside and outside of therapy sessions. I integrate techniques from Solution-Focused therapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Dialectical Behavioral therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I enjoy working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, family conflict, self-esteem issues, life transitions, identity issues, and trauma.
