How to Build and Sustain Healthy Habits
Through personalized plans and expert guidance, women will learn how to create and maintain healthy habits that support their physical, emotional, and mental well-being, ensuring they thrive in every aspect of their life.
How to Lead with Confidence and Resilience
Participants will gain the tools and mindset to confidently lead both at home and in their careers. They will learn how to communicate assertively, delegate effectively, and overcome obstacles, all while fostering strong relationships and maintaining inner peace.

Chanté Meadows, PhD, LISW-S
TEDx Presenter, Speaker, Trainer, Life Coach & Therapist
Chanté is a highly-rated speaker, clinical social worker, trainer, educator, TEDx presenter, and founder and CEO of Meadows Counseling Group. As a licensed clinical social worker, Chanté has more than 15 years of experience as a therapist and presenter. She specializes in working with BIPOC, women’s issues, relationship issues, life transitions, college and couples counseling, anxiety, and depression. She is also an adjunct lecturer in the College of Social Work at The Ohio State University.
Chanté works with groups, individuals, and organizations to amplify their authenticity and empower them to become the best version of themselves. She has experience speaking on a host of topics, including mental wellness and leadership, cultural humility working African-American clients, mental health and wellness at work, group dynamics, sex positive (sex therapy), and presented as a TEDx speaker regarding mental health stigma.
