Anger Management and Impulse Control Group

The group will be a combination of educational and therapeutic and will focus on controlling impulses and anger. The group objectives include identifying personal triggers and providing strategies and skills to keep you from escalating. This is not a group for court requirements or mandates. This group will provide strategies and skills to keep you from escalating. In this group, you will learn the difference between anger, rage, and aggression and learn the impact that drugs and alcohol have on anger. You will learn skills and strategies such as communication skills, problem-solving, taking timeouts, and how to use self-talk to manage anger and impulsive behavior.

$45 per session for 9 weeks / Payment Options:
