Hi, this is Chante Meadows, CEO and founder of Meadows Counseling Group, coming to you in the month of July for Minority Mental Health Awareness Month.

I'm just telling you to take some time during the month of July for Minority Mental Health Awareness Month to pause, take just a few minutes, pause, stop what you're doing. And check in with yourself. I think sometimes we're always moving and going so fast. We don't know how we're doing. So when asked how you're doing, you just naturally say fine.

So your mental health moment today is just simply say, pause, check in with yourself, see how you're doing. And then from there, you can decide what your next steps are. But first, sometimes you just kind of take that pause to decide, am I doing okay? What do I need in this moment? And what does my next moment to be? So in this moment, please stop what you're doing, pause and check in. Thanks and make it a great day. Bye.
